The Third Age Trust is seeking to appoint a Learning Development Manager who will have responsibility for developing learning with and for u3a organisations. They will be responsible for bringing together the Trust learning provision to support this. The Trust is at an important point in delivery of its learning programme as u3as settle into new patterns of learning following the pandemic.
The person will be a key link with internal stakeholders in the movement and together with the Head of Member Services will be responsible for delivery of the Trust’s learning plan and strategic objectives. The role will work with a number of learning related volunteer roles and the successful candidate will lead a small team to deliver this.
Full time: 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 per annum
